tonight peter and i went to see return of the king. i liked the movie quite a bit, but the audience left a lot to be desired. so many people felt like it was ok to chat while the movie was in progress or open their cell phones to check their messages. i was ready to kill several people by the end of the film. i'm really wondering if i'm going to have to stop seeing movies in the theater. i doubt i could stay away for long, especially since dogville will be playing later this month. perhaps, this is just a not so mild reminder that i really don't like people and somehow i'd convinced myself i did.
