the gay marriage simpsons episode has finally aired in the states:

While the episode didn't register high on the hilarity meter, the animated series must've scored some kind of milestone by featuring more same-sex kisses in 22 minutes than have been seen in prime time in the last 10 years, including one involving Homer and himself. Now that's Homersexual. D'oh!

can't say i'm too surprised by who was outed. it'll probably be years until i get to see it for myself though. i wonder if any of those ultra conservative tv stations refused to air the episode? via male.dei.
