the rules for voting on the photobloggies have been changed. now voting for finalists will be open to everyone. the other method of only having finalists vote in their own respective categories may have been flawed, but this seems to reduce it to no more than a popularity vote. something i thought they were trying to avoid. chances are the blog with a larger readership will win, regardless of quality of work. via blog.photoblogs.org.
