today i hung out with my friends cindy and ryan. we had lunch at cafe lumiere where peter has been working of late, and then headed to some toy shops, a bookstore and a cd shop. at the bookstore i got this pack of tomorrowland disneyland postcards. the one pictured above says this on the back:

FROGS IN HARMONY

even the frogs get into the act in "american sings" - a magical joyride through musicland u.s.a.

somehow i doubt this ride still exists at disneyland. the postcard set doesn't have a date on it, but where you put the stamp has the seriel number: 0100-10573 G. so i'm wondering if the 73 in that number stands for 1973.

at the cd shop i was bad and picked up:

cartooms! by plus-tech squeezebox

the t-rex disc is a japanese issue and comes in one of those paper sleeves that i'm in love with. the residents disc is a comp. i've been looking for a plus-tech squeezebox cd for a long time, i'm not sure if this one has the songs i'm familiar with or not, but i'll soon know.
