i've just begun to read the interviews in the vinyl will kill! book and it's already having an effect. today i hit a bunch of toy stores to see if i could find anything cool like in the book. most of the vinyl toys seem to be from japan, but none of the cool tim biskup variety that i'm so craving. i did end up picking up the star blazers capsule toy set. luckily i found it for 190 nt which is even cheaper than if i'd gotten them individually from a machine. coolness.
