a few weeks ago my friend patrick was in town. so we spent one evening exploring taiwan storyland. it was pretty fun, but i wish they had more small stuff to see. but still pretty cool. i spied robots in the old family store/gift shop. but i was good and managed to leave without spending a fortune on metal robots. i know patrick from the p5ml. i'm not sure how many people i've met from that list, but i've yet to be disappointed. everyone has been really cool. i'm thinking i should try to go to tokyo sometime this year so i can hang out with patrick again and meet more of the p5ml brigade.
