last year i made a comp. for a co-worker as a b-day present. it was sort of a test to see where his tastes lie, as the mix was made up of a lot of spaceage pop and novelty records. he ended up loving it, and as his birthday is next week he mentioned to me that he would really really love another mix. the one i made him last year had a loose theme of sex, drugs & alcohol. the one i did for him this year is inspired by the line in a steven brown song i know what familiarity breeds. the tracklist is up on art of the mix if anyone's curious about what ended up on the mix.
