last week i walked by taipei film house, and noticed a poster for a film festival called taiwan vs. eastern europe which is opening later this month. the line up looks really good, but i was pretty certain that the films would for the most part not have english subtitles. but according to this, it looks like nearly all the films have english and chinese subtitles! now i need to sit down and see what i can fit in around my work scheldule.
