yesterday in the mail i got this package from amazon japan. the band of the 20th century: pizzicato five 6 dvd set. it's only being released in japan, and contains a bonus dvd plus lots of nifty stickers, small posters and other fun stuff. it brings me back to the days when every new release from pizzicato five was an event and brought with it all kinds of new discoveries. sadly those days are over. the package even comes with a reproduction of a ticket from the first american tour, and this ticket happens to be for the show in seattle i was at! apparently if you bought the release in japan at hmv or tower you got an 8th bonus dvd, but i think i can live with my 7 discs.
