the art of gary taxali. a lot of his work has been used to illustrate magazine articles. funny thing is if i was to see it as part of a story i probably wouldn't be that impressed with it, but seeing it just on its own i like it much better. my favourite pieces are the ones that don't look like they were done to illustrate a specific article, but can stand on their own without having to be associated with a specific meaning or topic. via neurastenia.
