ever since buying my holga, i've been spending way too much time perusing toycamera.com and lomography.com. on the lomo site i discovered this nifty little camera called the smena symbol. it retails for 75 u.s. but after perusing yahoo auctions taiwan and ebay taiwan i managed to find one for a little less than half that price. i've yet to try it out, but i'm in love with the way it looks. i wonder if this newfound love for film is going to spell the end of my interest in still digital photography?
speaking of film, i got my first roll of black and white shot on the holga back. initially i was disappointed in alot of the shots, but i've come to like most of them, even the bad ones:
it looks like the shop used the wrong mask when scanning the film, as these should ideally be square not rectangular. oh well.
