the outsider art of miz thang:

All of my art is original and made exclusively by me, th thang. My wooden cut outs r usually cut from cabinet grade birch and then sanded. I paint with acrylic paint and house paint and sometimes coat my pieces with shellac. I dont use brushes but prefer to paint exclusively with my fingers. when my fingers r in th paint i feel connected to my pieces and feel i am passin along some of my special brand of mojo to u. I also use objects I find and that people give to me. Most of my pieces contain a message-sometimes funny, sometimes serious, depending on me. I hope my art brings brings a smile to ur face and some sweet mojo into ur life!
