basta has released a 4 cd set of music by early dutch electronic music by tom dissevelt, kid baltan, henk badings, and dick raaijmakers called popular electronics. the set comes with 7 booklets and looks rather excellent. once it's in stock at dusty groove i'll be ordering it. via the sound-scavengers list.
